Arctic Animals Sensory Bin - Quick, Cute Winter Fun

We are continuing to enjoy our monthly sensory bins! I, personally, love the idea of doing one with real snow but with a toddler’s attention span of 2-5 minutes, it felt silly to create that just for it to melt. If you have the opportunity to use snow as part of your sensory activities, I do highly recommend trying it! In the meantime, keep on scrolling to see a longer-lasting and super cute sensory bin for winter.

Supplies Needed:

  • Rice

  • Blue Marbles

  • Snowflakes

  • Arctic Animals

  • Blue and White Pom Poms

For an extra element in your bin, consider creating your own DIY dyed rice!

As SLPs, we love the idea of using your sensory bin in speech therapy. The options for how to use it are endless though. Tag us on Instagram if you create this bin or others and let us know how you use your bins! @redrosespeechies
